I need help with my mastering

Just to be honest everything I know about mixing and mastering I taught myself. It shows in my final product and I feel like I'm shorting myself because it could sound better. I use cakewalk sonar 8 and I use Oxford plugins and antares mostly I also have waves diamond bundle so I have all the resources to fully master a song. What I really need is actual Eq and compress settings, I have no knowledge of what ratio, attack etc.. to use in different situations. Here is a track that I can know longer mix down due to the crashing of a old cpu. I need to know what the track needs to bring it to life. Any feedback is welcome like I said everything I know about it I taught myself through reading and trail and error. In all seriousness, one thing I notice in that track is a real lack of bass. Even something as simple as a small lowshelf could help big time with "bringing the track to life".
