I need help with a digital recorder

I am trying to find a cheap digital recorder. I have been looking on the internet, but all the ones with cd burners cost a lot more. What do you use if there isin't a cd burner? If you have any ideas, please contact me. Thanks.

I have a Roland VS 880FX1 for sale. Too damn complicated for me. I'm an analog type of guy. I tried it for 2 yrs. and I still can't get it. Everything works just fine, the dig effects are outrageous! Includes Zip drive and burner. PM if interested. 64 virtual tracks is over my head!

I've been using a Fostex MR-8HD for a while now. It's easy to learn, and you can save your projects as .wav files and export them to your computer to put them on CD.
