I need help with a digital recorder

I am trying to find a cheap digital recorder. I have been looking on the internet, but all the ones with cd burners cost a lot more. What do you use if there isin't a cd burner? If you have any ideas, please contact me. Thanks.

If it doesnt have USB to transfer over then u will have to record it into your compuer. Whats your budget?
