I need help (audio sample included)

OK IM SETTING UP A PORTABLE VOCAL RECORDING STUDIO... i WOULD LIKE TO KEEP IT SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE... my plan is to record myself and send it off to large studio... no mixing just level it out n im done.. i would like ideas on equipment in general.. frm start to finish.. my budget is 3000- 5000 including a macbook pro.. but would like to spend as less as possible BUT quality is important to me!!!:D PLEASE HELP all input is considered!!!

Do you already have microphones and an interface? I'm a little confused here.

Well like I asked before .... you'll need an interface with good preamps (This is to hook up to your computer via a USB cable), a microphone that will complement your voice while capturing it, And then down load Reaper as your DAW with in it you'll find most of all the tools you'll need to help you - like compressors, verbs, etc.
 
o ok.. yea i understand that.. i was thinking about using the mbox.. i am just looking for help.. i know the things i need but i dont knw wat to get.. the link was so u could hear what the vocals gonna sound like... so u could direct me... to a mic and preamp... or anything else u might think i will need to lay down great vocals..
