My vote is Shure SM58 (or 57) plus a UA610 pre.
If you don't have a sibilance issue (I do), then maybe the Shure Beta 57a or 58a (58a is brighter).
Just be prepared to smash it (compression), followed by mangling it (EQing).
If you're doing "sensitive" singer-songwriter stuff the Baby Bottle, and the Studio Projects CS series would be cool too IMHO.
You have a good voice (also suited for punk-as you know), and if a '58 is good enough for
lead vocals on London Calling...
