I need a harmonizer plug-in thats good, and probably freeware or cheap

Can anyone direct me to something? ZI need a good harmonizer for vocals and maybe single not guitar runs, shit like that. An Eventide plug, ha.
I would be happy to pay you a few bucks to mail me something you have thats decent, too. My download times are staggeringly slow. Anyone?
