I need a free DAW that allows 3rd party plugins

Hey! I work on Studio One but I only have the Artist version and it doesnt allow 3rd party plugins. The upgrade is about $100+ and I cannot do that right now. Was wondering if anyone knew of a free DAW that allows 3rd party plugins?
 
Just download Reaper, then pay for it when you can. Or, try a cubase demo. I can send you the LE5 install disk if you like it.
 
There are PLENTY of options.

Downloading Reaper now. Hopefully I can figure it out.
 
Any vst plugin suggestions? Im really looking for more sounds.
