I just got myself a free mic...YAY!!!

Some guy at my work just gave me a brand new Sennheiser 835 Mic. It looks like a nice mic but besides using it live for vocals you think this thing would be good for anything else? I know nothing about this mic except it goes for 100 bucks in the stores.

That's an excellent dynamic microphone for vocals.
It also can work well on miking guitar cabinets BTW.

I have one that I give to singers whenever I run sound. It's been toosed and dropped several times and has always pulled through. A tough mic that sounds pretty good.
