I hate radio heads!

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who get's pissed when people are talking while I'm letting them hear my music :D

Konrad, that's actually a good way of doing things. I'm going to take that up, just burn a CD and give it to them rather than playing it for them. If they listen they listen, if they don't they don't.

There's good and bad with Home Recording...lol
Sometimes you have people who have the means to buy gear but don't know the difference between a preamp and a headphone amp. They get it all hooked up but with their lack of knowledge and experience you have the classical equation.
Shit--->Mic-->Preamp-->Compressor-->Interface-->Software = Shit.
Not saying their bad artist, just need to make sure their CD is pretty presentable before deciding to sell it.
 
mad wisdom in this thread and a big thanks for sharing it. Mental i listened to ya tracks and they nice i think your vocals should be turned up a lil bit though on that first track though (jmo) also i as far as critiques go i think i am my worst critique. i know i do good wit my beats especially since it's just me doin em and no opinions to help me but everytime i try to lay a flow i record it and listen to it and hate it!! lol iono y but for some reason i just don't like the sound of my own voice so no matter how it sounds i scratch it and go back to the drawing board u know?
