I got my cable today

I got my studio projects xlr cable today. I was tryin to find some reviews on it but came up shorthanded. As for my review, there is a subtle improvement. Vocals sound smoother. I recorded both to see if i was just hearing stuff. The more i record with the new cord, the more noticeable it is.

Man!! I did a comparison between my old cable and my new sp cable again but this time i turned up the gain. The sp cable had waaaaay less noise. Highs are clearer. Never thought a cord could make such a difference. I know they say leave well enough alone but i still would like to try a better pre just to see how it sounds. I use a behringer mixer pre but my vocals sound awesome since i changed a few things with my booth, got the cable, and changed the gain/eq settings on the mixer.
 
i never really noticed much of a difference with mic cables ... but mainly all of mine are the cheap proformance ones(50 bucks for mognomi is kinda rough) but with guitar tone those monster rock cables can make a HUGE difference
 
There's a guy sellin them on ebay for $20 bucks but they cost like 35-40 bucks. It's a litz cable. I don't know much about that but it sounds good and that's all i care about!!
