I Feel Fine

bass and kick need to come up a little maybe the snare when your clicking it on the rim but not to much, you also have a little distortion on the vocals. I have to say though not only do you have a great voice but its awsome for beatles covers (or well whoever singing) good musicianship too just needs a little leveling and maybe the vocals could use a rerecording to get rid of the distortion

thanks for the feedback

the distortion u hear i believe is the blue robbie preamp gain cranked up very high. maybe i over did it but to me it gives it a nice 60s sound. i could be wrong lol

thanks for the compliments on my singing im actually embarased to sing. i dont think i sound that good especially when i project like in this song.

:)

guilty as charged. i dont think there is that much. i feel my my pitch is getting better each time i record.

haha know i was just listening really close, its only on a couple of notes and the same time for all of them so its just one of the parts you need to practice but you could get im sure. getting rid of autotune isnt so much about natural singing ability or timbre its about hitting the notes which is just practice, the timbre of you voice and resonance and what are all still really good though i just picked up the auto tune on the same note every time

Sounds good.

I personally wouldnt emulate it so much i.e. I would put the drums in the middle. That one is of course debatable, it simply would sound BETTER in the middle, regardless of the "cover" aspect.

Other than that, sounds great.

thanks...i actually like the drums on the side and use that hard panning style in a couple of my own tunes. i know its not for everyone.

Hey, sounds good man. I like the singing too. The mix sounded fine to me. :)

The backup vox sound cool. They just stood out as being really nice so I thought I'd comment. :)

Nice job. :)

Good job on this - the guitars are very much the original "signature" sound. That's the toughest part about recording covers I guess - the sound is so familiar.

The background vocals sound "way back" from the mic - seem a little disconnected from the rest of the vocals/instruments. They're well done just noticed that disconnect a bit.

Good job on the rest of the mix, very open and airy..... :D :D :D

yeah the backs do sound a little disconected now that u say. i need to go back and hear the original again.

as far as the signature sound...i really love beatles inspired gear. im playing the main riff with a gibson j160e acoustic guitar through a vox AC15CC. even the feedback in the begining is the acoustic. the backing guitar and solo is a gretsch tennesean with hilotron pickups through the vox AC15CC. it really does nail the tones and i love the tones when working with my own stuff.

thanks

Hell yes, good job. Interesting delivery. You have a great voice. Guitars sound great. Wow.

Great guitar tone!
Good job.

Just me, but I would like to hear way more verb on your vocals.
