The section where I would use the chimes is about 12-15 seconds long.

Best case scenario would be a single long sweep of chimes - I can add delay to make the run a little longer, but it will have to be a slow sweep indeed.

Psyched for Snakes and Arrows, although i'm not sure I'll see them this summer. I was dissapointed in the R30 concert - Here in Sacramento it was a very "going through the motions" kind of experience.
