It's not hip hop or R n B but here's a beat you all may dig. It's called Doomed Breath.

It's actually a Hooverphonics beat I cut up and changed I love these drum sounds. The rest is me on my computer and a Pod. I'd love it if someone could rap over it...anyone feel a flow coming on?

Beat's quite nice, not very MC friendly though, but I think it is possible to flow over.
