I cant find my hard drive

when I click on it to put files on it it says read only.

It is a SATA 10,000 raptor

on a PC

BFG ---MOBO

any help would be apreciated

I re-formated my drives and put a new OS on

You must partition it as well for windows to see it.

wow thanks for the pos points. I got nuked a while back over a silly argument
about pads and bad spelling. have been lurking GS since.

when I reformated my hard drive I did something funkey with the partitions
any how I found my drive . and yes I looked under my couch no hard drives
but Im 50 cents richer.

one time my sister got a virus , her computer froze so she called me to fix
it, so I ran her computer in safe mode , pulled her important files to an external, loaded my copy of XP because she lost hers. a week later she
calls and says her computer is jacked . she lost half her files . I would say
I learned the hard way but I didnt. she did though. sorry

I just got a new computer very solid mobo that will handel most raid aps
on its own drivers.

I have yet to be turned on by RAIDS . for my uses any how
