Insane Genious!
Well, I can really. And so can you. It sounds just like it always does. :)

This is the second mix with somebody who can sing. You have heard it before, but with me croaking. Now a better singer *and* a better mix. :)

(ps Sorry I can't review others stuff more right now, I'm so stressed I'm freaking out. I'm trying to get ready for my NY trip).

Hey Reg,

It's asking for a username and password when I click the link to your site.

Interesting tune; I like the subject-matter.

I'm still not crazy about the mix...the vocal sounds waaaaay too UPFRONT for me, and I'm a guy who mixes vocals LOUD. As far as the vocalist goes (and he can punch me for this), it almost sounds like he's TRYING to fake some type of European/Scandanavial accent.

Good Tune - Slight Mix Problems???

Chris

EDIT- I'm not sure that the vocal thing is a volume issue...maybe it just needs some verb or something to make it sit a little better???

Getting the vocals right is really hard, me thinks. :(
This song is mixed really quick a couple of days ago, just after we had recorded the vocals, and when I listened to it at home yesterday I agree that the vocals are to loud, but I'm getting better at hearing things like this when mixing. Took me several songs before I realized I consistently mixed the drums way to loud. :)

Oh my God. I just noticed from your avatar that you're actually located in Sweden.

My sincerest apologies on the "fake accent" comment. I feel like a complete dumbass, mostly because I am one.

Well, the name is dutch, so a faked scandinavian accent would be rather weird. :)

Thanks Track Rat! I don't agree, but it was darn close. I think I have the print now (at least the one I'll take with me to New York) and I'll get it up on the web soon.
