no problem. good luck. :)

Nice job NL5

Das19 your mix sounds a lot better than the last 2 but vocals could come out more.

I like the tune.

Yeah my 14 year old brother told me the vocals need to come up in the mix and he has no clue about mixing or anything to do with music. So I think the vocals doo need to come up sometimes simple things dont jump out at me and I need some other ears.

the only thing I dont like is the delay it sounds kinda cheesy can you take that out? and maybe bring the drums up a little bit.

thanks,
dave

Sure - I'll do it tommorow.

One question though - what's squeaking in the background? It sounds like somebody was recording sitting on a squeaky couch, chair, or maybe the floor squeaks? It's for sure in the bass 57 track, haven't tracked it down any farther though. I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out what that sound was. (thought it was something with my gear - LOL)

Also, there are what appear to be editing glitches in the tracks that are making crackling noises, I will try and fix those as well......

Oh crap thats my chair! Its my leather computer chair I really have to get a new one that doesnt squeak. Sorry sometimes you can here it other times you cant.

Do what you can but if you cant fix some of that stuff dont worry about it.

Dave.

Really nice song. :) Nice playing.

NL5, you make the song sound really nice and pro. Well, what be I talking about? You are a pro. ;).

DAS19 - Don't give up, your mix is coming along. I thought, you could boost the kick and raise the snare and remove effects from it in the mix on the soundclick. :) Bass is slightly rumbly and the vox need boosting. :)

NL5, you do pro mixing? :). What's yer site again? :) Does your site have your rates?

I couldn't get any dumber, eh?

Well, I'm always up for putting together my CD and I figured I'd get a pro mastering job. If the pro wants to remix, I'd even be up for it. :) Still putting together about 5 more songs, to complete it. Anyhoo, I'm always looking for prices and places. If I find one here, even better. :)

Don't know if you're familiar with my mixing skills, but I'd call myself improving amateur. So you know a lot could be improved. I'm learning a lot and getting better at mixing. Hopefully the learning process will continue. :)

BTW, I actually went the northernlighting.com and northernlightning.com before giving up. :)
