I already Have a brand new monitor, How much Should I spend On other stuff???

Of course Im gonna be using this computer to record music on to and I'm going to get a Cd burner added on also,And I have a monitor, so How much should I spend and which brands or the following should i invest in?

1. Hardrive

2. Sound Card

3. Speakers

4. CD burner
