Reminds me of Jeff beck with the Jan hammer Group without the annoying synth solos.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to true-eurt again.

I still can't give you any love....But you know that if you lived in Montreal, you'd have already turned down at least 3-7 of my marriage proposals. :D
:D :D :D Awww shucky darns...you have made my heart sing!!

Thanks Rami...I love you! That is one of the bestest things a guy ever said to me~! I'll go with the seven...I like the number seven. :D

I've been trying to get that album for myself for years..........are the synths that annoying????

anyhow thanks for the words.

RAMI...............I've never asked & it's unusual for me but what tubs are you using??? & whats the choice of circular metal thingies

The synths aren't that annoying it's just that I bought the studio album to hear Jeff, I went to the gig to see & hear Jeff. Then, foolishly I guess given the two previous reasons, I bought the live album to relive Jeff.
Jan's synth playing was bloody good but the attempt to get so close to a guitar begged the question.
The rest of the band were great also I ought to mention.

I know what you mean.. It's like that in Tour De Force, sometimes hard to tell if it's Di Meola or Hammer sometimes

Anyhoo about the funk track here, I'm hearing lots of details in the productions that have been overlooked in my rush & excitement to get the track up here

When my studio is back up & running I will remix it, I mean it's little things like the tails of some tracks at the very end, I had a long almost infinite repeating delay over the rain stick samples

Little things that can make it so much better

I can't stop listening to it. People keep on reffering to JB & B/bop/D, but I can't help it they are HUGE HUGE HUGE influences on me along with an extreme love of the arrangements of Steely Dan (Aja & Gaucho in particular)

Fantastic playing from Slidey and Rami. Great drum sound.Only nit....Great guitar playing does not need as much echo...I think it would hold up without as much FX .
