Everytime I record a guitar track there's always that humming sound from the amp into the recording. I use a Samson mic and I put it about 3 inches away from the the amp. The amp is a Solid state. I just wanna know how people record guitar without that annoying humming sound from the amp being recorded on the track.

I uploaded a video that shows what Im talking about

here it is

Stop humming while you're playing.

Works wonders.

But seriously, does the amp make the sound normally or does it just appear in recordings?

If it is always humming it's probably a bad ground in your AC outlet. Try a different outlet - also if you have any lights (especially ones with dimmer switches) in the room they can cause noise in your AC line. You can also try turning your gain down some...

You're not using one of those XLR to 1/4" adaptors for the mic, are you? I had really cheap Radio Shack adaptors that I'd use with my old setup, and they added a lot of noise.

Listening to your clip, it does sound like a grounding issue or some noise being picked up from lights or electronic devices on the same circuit (though I'm no expert, so grain of salt and alla that).
