The elements sound good and you have them spread out nicely. One thing seems backwards to me. The guitars panned middle are kind of dry and in your face, and the vocal is drenched in reverb and sounds ten feet back. Flip those and I think it would sound better.

Your Myspace is a soundclick, so it's really good. 
The vocals do sound a lot farther back than the rest of the instruments. I think the vox are in a good spot; everything else could stand to move back a few steps.
The bongos on the far left could stand to move a little in towards the center.
Your noise floor is really high.

Those guitars in the middle don't work for me and they sound pretty harsh. I sense some timing glitches too especially at the start. Regarding the tune itself, it doesn't seem to go anywhere, just one straight line, which tends to keep the same emotion the whole song through. You've got the basics, but I would rethink some stuff.

Thanks alot for the help guys. Thats given me a lot to work on, I think Im learning to pan fairly decent, but I need to study using reverb more, any resource suggestions?
