Does that Zoom R16 do multi-track direct into your DAW? I was trying to figure it out reading the manual online and I couldn't find a clear answer. Is it full duplex or it just does stereo through the USB? I know it does multi to its internal SD memory.
yeah, its full duplex, but its not designed primarily for that, its more of a bonus. I use it mostly as an interface and if I need to track more than 8 tracks at once (I use the delta 1010 mostly for recording). the zoom will come into play for mobile recording, I want to record in the open, just take a bunch of batteries, laptop and geetarr and dynamic mics for percusion = sweet.
Its great to be here, looking forward to some serious collaborations, and, maybe 1 day, a trip to the U.S. to work personally with someone. I can dream cant I. haha
