Whenever I switch channel 2 on my 414 portastudio to the mic position, the case seems to pick up sound. If I tap on the case, it sounds just like tapping on a mic. If I hold my palm over the channel 2 fader, it hums. A lot. If I plug something into the channel, it's fine and works like normal. None of the other channels do this. I'm not sure if it's always been this way, but I've had it about 2 years and have kept it in great shape.
Anyone have this happen or know what might be going on?
