I can record fine, Ijust can't send my tracks anywhere but my hard drive. Anyone know what I need to do? I am using the Lexicon Omega, And Cubase LE.

Create a folder on your RW drive. In your cubase program select file/audio files folder/ and then select the folder you created.

I too have the same problem with this program. I like the ease of use of the Lexicon with cubebase but theres no instruction on how to burn it to a CD after mixing. Do you have to save the program to the RW folder to burn the disk? I've used a stand alone recorder so this is totally new to me.

If you want to make an audio cd, save the mixes to .wav files on your hard drive and then burn the cd using your cd burners software which should be burning .cda files onto your cd's. Make sure you close the cd and you should be able to play them on most cd players.

Project folder

Under "File" in Cubase, select "Save Project to New Folder". All the files associated with your project will be exported to one folder.

After that, use Windows Explorer (on PC) to copy the .wav files from your hard drive to your CD drive.

Thank You

Its nice to get such a quick response. Usually you get the "are you an idiot" response. I am not real computer smart and this is a new area for me. Thanks to you for the help. I'm sure I'll need some more in the near future.

Thanks for all the great help. I am able to save my stuff where I want to. Now I just need to get an operators manual, so I use my software. There is alot of features that I don't know how to use. If you know any good text, hook me up with some titles. THANKS........ :) :D
