how to over 0 dB??

can build wav file over 0 dB?

My job, need to edit wav and burn it in IC.
IC quality is good or not, effect a voice volumn high or low.
But i can't control it...

so, just improve a wav quality,
help me plz...

software or hardware ok also, thx.

0dbFS (0 db Full Scale) is THE limit... period... it's the absolute zero of the digital recording world. You CAN'T go over it.
