Ok so I might be saying this wrong but this is what I want to do:

I just sampled a nice SJC drum kit at my studio and I want to replace my already exciting midi out kick drum part. How do I do this in Logic Pro 9. The drums are all in wav. files.

HELP!

yes, you are saying it wrong. What exactly are you trying to do without the lingo please

I just took drum samples from a drum kit.
I have a snare hit that I like a lot that I want to replace all of the other snare drum hits with.
What I am trying to do than sitting there and place all of the hits over with the snare hit that I like I beat mapped all of the snare hits with a midi marker.
Do you know of a program that is like Steven Slate Drums or Drumagog that I can use my own samples with?

what you are looking for is a sampler. the one that comes with logic is quite good (exs24)

You might also be able to use the drum replacement tool, but I'm not sure you can load your own samples into it.
