How to insert half measures

I'm working on a 4/4 song that has a half measure (2/4) in a phrase. How do I insert it? I tried making a tempo change on a regular measure but Cakewalk 9 changes the whole arrangement to 2/4. Can it be done?

...or if you use the Tempo View, you can just make that meassure play twice as fast as the rest of the song...

A meter change will be in effect until the next meter change.

So you just insert two meter changes - 1 for the 2/4 measure, and one (4/4) in the next measure!
