How to gradually increasing tempo

I have a few tracks of audio all recorded at 123 bpm.
However, I want the second half of the song to gradually increase in tempo up to 250 bpm at the end. How can I gradually increase the tempo and achieve this effect?

Draw an envelope using the pencil tool. Turn snap to grid off or it will "staircase" per bar or whatever.

Or Insert -> Tempo Change. Then you don't have to draw the line yourself.
 
Just tell him you're using a Cakewalk program, and you'll be allright... :D
