How To Delete Part Of A Wav File

MY RECORDING WAS TOO LONG AND I NEED TO DELETE THE ACCESS AMOUNT OF RECORDING ON THE END. HOW DO I DO THIS IN MULTITRACK VIEW? CAN YOU GIVE ME STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION. THANKS

Place the cursor where you want to begin the cut. Left click, hold it down and drag to highlight the section to be deleted. Press the delete key. Like magic, it's gone.

There is also another function under EDIT at the top called "undo", in case you have an "oopsie".....
