How to connect POD 2 to M-Audio OmniStudio USB?

Hello Folks,

I saw an ad in GuitarOne magazine recently for the Omnistudio USB. The illustration had among other things pictured suitable for it a POD 2 (not a POD Xt).

I downloaded the Omnistudio USB manual, and I must be pretty daft because I cannot figure out how I can connect the POD to the Omnistudio.

Can anyone who knows what a POD 2 is and how to record with it help me out here? Thanks

I may misunderstand your question, but don't you run a cable from the POD line out to the Omnistudio line in? Or possibly two lines if you want to use the POD in stereo. There are some volume adjusments on the Oministudio and the POD, but I think the cabling setup is fairly straightforward. Of course, the newer PODs can also be hooked direclty to a computer though USB. And I think the POD has a MIDI I/O, presumably for editing.
