Hi guys, Is it possible to separate or chop vocal/music from a song using either cool edit or goldwave? Or any other programs that i am not familiar with?
The closest you'll get is using the Centre Channel Extractor in edit view. Results will vary depending on the song and panning of the instruments. Ultimately the answer is you cant totally remove the vocal from a song.
