How to add base in realtime?

I've bought a brand new microphone for skyping (Razer Seiren), and although my voice sounds better than with the old mic, I would really like to add more bass to it. Is it possible to do that in real time? Any software you would recommend?

I'm a mac guy but apparently this will do what you want on Windows.
