How should I do this?

I tried to post this at cubase.net but it seems like it's just turned into a gossip/how terrible is Steinberg. So here it is:

How would you do this? I'm working on a cd. I have two particular songs where there is a keyboard part (I have to record it analog). This keyboard part starts BEFORE the first song ends and finishes AFTER the next song starts. I don't want to re-export the song, meaning I don't want to export both songs into the same song then do the keys. I really only like to export once. There has to be something I'm not thinking of. The part has got to be seamless when the track numbers on the CD change.
I hope I've explained adequately, and I really hope someone can help.

You can try this :

If I understand well (and I'll try to explain it well :|), you can Record the keyboard on the first song, export both song, WITHOUT the keys, then export the keys alone.

Then in Wavelab, create a new Audio Montage, and place your 2 songs, then simply match the key track!

This is what I would do... (hope I explained it correctly)

Yes you explained it very well, however, I forgot one very important piece of info (I forgot it on purpose because of the bias ;)) I'm running mac, and I do not have wavelab (I really wish I did)
