How much do I intend to spend?

Not too much.

I just found out that the A62m is actually more expensive than the MBox here in Malaysia... So now I'm seriously considering making the switch to Pro Tools.

What experience have you had with M-Audio stuff? I've heard a lot of people complain about driver and USB issues with the Quattro.

My church is getting a MOTU 828MkII (just waiting for it to arrive), so I thought maybe I don't really need 6 inputs anymore..

Then again, how does Pro Tools compare with Cubase when it comes to sequencing, sampling, virtual instruments, plugins etc? And how much more will it cost me to get all these plugins compared to Cubase?

Cubase SX + Hypersonic = Bad Ass

I don't have any midi devices yet so im just playing with the paino roll and it's really simple and great sounding to me. Check oout steinburg's site for some demos of it.
