Hi Dears,
How many tracks should I've to record (not to copy) for a vocal sound?
and how can I pan each of them. Thanks a lot.

At least one. But as many as you feel are needed to serve the mix. And you pan them wherever you feel they would best serve the mix.

That's good but i want your experience to take it an example and try it.

Seriously, "1 or more" is the only answer anyone can give until you provide more details of the vocal sound you're trying to achieve. An awful lot of very good music has been done with just one vocal; others overdub tons of times.

When recording: as many as are needed X 5. When mixing: As many as are needed, panned as desired.

I rather dislike the sound of doubled or multiple layered lead vocals. To me, it sounds so smeared or blurred. (Not talking about harmony backups here, just lead vox.) I see it as a cop-out from doing a better job with a single vocal track.

Of course, if I have a client requesting it, I'll do it. Just saying...
