How many guitars do you NEED for a gig?

i always take 2 guitars to a gig.... usualy 2 les paul's... i also use 2 marshall combos.... we did a halloween party gig this weekend and a good friend showed up and ended up jaming w/ us...... good thing i had 2 guitars and 2 amps........what a blast :cool: :D ;) :rolleyes: :D :cool: :cool: :D
