How is the MPC 3000 better than the 2000?

It all depends on what 2000 ur talkin bout. The 2000 XL is jus as hot minus 4 midi outs (it has 2) but other den dat its jus as good.

The regular 2000 sucks the screen has problems usually falls into the machine (no flip screen but the 2000 XL and 3000 has one) the analog to digital convertors suck, u cant do alot of shit while playin da machine u have to stop it first (unlike the 3000 and 2000XL)

I could go on but i feel i dont have to.

If u plan on purchasin get the 2000XL itll be worth it, I have the 3000 and will be gettin the 2000XL for travel purposes.

xelfish is right. It would be a waste of money getting a 2000 with the xl and 3000 out. The live editing is very essential.
 
Da MPC 60 is a nice piece dat can be upgraded into a 3000 minus it bein 12 bit samples instead of 16 bit and a couple of other things dat I cant rememba.
