Hi guys, new to this forum but it seems like a good place to learn stuff..

I've recently made a track and I don't yet have any studio monitors (should be getting some soon). I was wondering for those out there who do have monitors whether it'd be possible for you to comment on the forum on my 'mix' and I can ammend it as best I can using what I have? Thanks guys

Brighton is a city in the UK (southeast). And apparently I have to have posted 10 times to post an actual link hence why I broke it up with the (dot) - can you listen to it now though? :)

Yeah, that post thing, is to save us from spambots, posting links. And those **** people...

I will fix your link. :)

You can go HERE, to speed up your post count, unless you are a bot. lol!

Though, you will get more responses to your mix, if you take the time to give opinions on others, in the MP3 Clinic. It works best, if you become part of the community. :)

Did you add that smiley as well? :D

As for the mix, I like it! I really like the composition. I will say that it's on the bright side and I am by no means using bass-heavy headphones. I think you need to bump the lows a little.

cheers! Okay that's good to know, someone else I asked thought the mids were too prominent.. I guess everyone would mix it slightly differently from each other but I agree that there needs more low end

I like where this is going. Do you know how you want this mix to turn out? lets go for a well-rounded low end and lots of "ethereal" effects (rverb/delays), all balanced and evenly spread.

Oh, and dont worry too much about monitors. Good headphones like AudioTech ATHM50 will do, for the meantime
