seems like a daft Q but I'm stumperated severly

The way I do it is I signed up at soundclick and uploaded my song to there.
Heres a link to it http://www.soundclick.com/
There are several other free places like that to post, just go to the link and go through the sign up-then paste the link for your song location into your post on the forums. Hope this help out!
