How good is the Soundcraft 200B mixer ?

I think of getting it (someone has offered me to trade it with a synth I like to sell)

I currently use a Yahama 1604 live mixing console set up with a Fostex 8 track reel to reel machine. I like the overall sound very much with the Yamaha, but is the 200B/SR much better ?

In other words, is replacing the Yamaha with that Soundcraf a big improvement in features and overall sound (and mic pre's) ?
