How flexible is the M-Audio Studio?

I'm thinking of get the M-Audio Delta 66 and Omni Studio package. I downloaded the manual but I couldn't determine how flexible the Studio is for routing signals. Would I be able to record dry and monitor wet along with monitoring previously recorded tracks with this setup?

w/ my 1010 on Cubase I cannot "record dry and monitor wet" but yes to "monitoring previously recorded tracks". But I'm dumb soo...

If you mean monitor with real time effects, that will be dependent of the software you use. Im not sure if the software bundled with the card will do it.......Maximum Audio Tools ???

I forgot to mention in my orignal post that I'm referring to an outboard effects processor. The Omni has effects send/return, but I can't figure out if it will allow my to record dry and monitor wet.
