How does my mixing sound?

I been mixing for a few years now. I don't do anything special other then play with effects to be honest. I record off of adobe audition 1.5. set up is a AT 3035 into a tascam Us-144. mixed off the older model M-Audio Bx5a. Thanks for any feed back.
