How do you turn off the metronome while recording?

(While I'm recording in Cakewalk I don't want to hear the clicking metronome...)

Drag the mouse cursor across all the "stuff" at the top of the screen , when you leave the mouse there for a second or two, a window will pop up and tell you what that particular doodad ur mouse cursor is on is................when you get to the one that says metronome for recording and the other for playback ....click them both........and they shall go off............They look like little square boxes that have a red sort of triangular shape in side them..............You'll see them....I can't tell you exactly where they are because you can drag and drop them anywhere and mine surely won't be in the same place as yours...........also there are metronome settings , and you can do it that way.....I gave you the easiest way to turn it off.....consult with the help menu for the other way........You should be reading that thing any way....:D
