I guess your trying to ask how to post a song here? You have to have it uploaded somwhere. Either on your own webspace, or on a site like soundclick.com. Once you have your song(s) uploaded, you can post a link to it in your thread.

You post to the MP3 clinic by writing a nice post about what you want to talk about with a link to the MP3 you want people to listen to. See my signature line. If you need a place to put your MP3 so you can link to it, consider http://www.soundclick.com
