DPA 4011, aimed at the neck joint. Tip it up and down until you like the sound. I will sometimes add a LD in the room, if the room sounds good.

I run a deuce of SM81's in eithr x-y or ORTF about two feet away, centered more or less on the 12th fret. It's given great results so far...
 
I've fallen in love with my Berry B5's either XY or one over the shoulder, one in line with where the neck joins and pointing at the 12th fret. Before I used them I used my ecm8000's in XY and if I wanted stronger low-mids, I put my AT pro25 at the bridge and pointing at the sound hole
