If it is possible it would be done in the BIOS. What kind of computer /motherboard do you have?

Well, I DON'T, so to speak. I mean, the Sweetest of Women is going to take me shopping for one between Xmas and New Years, and it MAY be a brand name, although I may be able to snivel and whine my way into a Joe's computer shop custom job. If it's a brand name, it is likely to be a Compaq.

here...

go into either the bios or right click on my computer...go to hardware tab..go to device manager...go down to display adapters (or w/e its called for video on yours) and click on the item like onboard video and disable it...easy peezy lemon squeezy
