I have a mixing board. What do I need to do to feed the mixing board in to my cpu to record off of it? I have a soundblaster live. Is it possible? Just wondering. Thanks

Just plug into the line in on the SoundBlaster. You can use the main outs on your board if you want to send a full mix or use the channel inserts or direct outs if you just want to send one channel.
You will also need some recording software.
