How do I trim an entire song?

I have a song that doesn't begin until 20 seconds into the song (because the guitarist didnt begin until 20 seconds into the click track). How do I trim these 20 seconds off the begining of an entire song? I know how to trim individual tracks but I can't figure out how to make the song start 20 seconds later.

Select all the tracks in the song by choosing Edit > Select > All. Then drag your mouse in the time ruler to select just the section you want to delete. Once you do this, ALL the tracks should be highlighted for the section of the song you wish to delete.

Now go to Edit > Delete. Make sure the "delete hole" checkbox is selected and click OK.

It's in the dialog box that pops up after you choose delete.
