This video tells me very little about your singing.
How do I know how you will sound with a band? You go off pitch some notes, but I can't really tell if you are because I don't know the song.
You're voice isn't powerful at all in this video. It's reduced to a rather dull soft projection. This soft projection could be excellently used in some situations where the song is slow, but you certainly don't want to sing like that in the middle of every song.
Having said that, you have good timbre, or so I think.
