How do i know what temp a wav file is at?

I have a wav file inserted into my multi-track session. I want to determine what temp it is at so I can match midi files with it. How do i determine what tempo it was played at?

This is in multitrack view
First highlight the wav you want to find the tempo of.

Then go to view-> display time format -> edit tempo. Then press extract. It should then tell you the tempo.

This is pretty accurate and you should be able to match the midi with it.

Also make sure that when you recorded the wav file that you did it in time and stayed at the same tempo otherwise it won't work.
