Right here is the deal:
I've got Cool Edit Prop 2.0, but I'm a bit lost as how to use it.....
What should i do and what do i need to record Guitar and Bass parts?
I heard you can buy a cable that links the amp to the mic input of my computer, but i don't know if that is reliable.
Basically someone please tell me how to record gutiar parts onto my computer so i can put them on Cool Edit Pro and mix them down.

Also: I was planning to record the drum parts by getting a splitter, 4 mics and setting them up round the kit to a record a fuller sound, will this work????
